[vtkusers] How do I install the CVS-Version

Hi!

I just installed VTK from the CVS (15.01.2005). I build it with examples and
gui-support, but it seems that the examples are not working. I also tried to
get some little programs from an earlier version to run but it seems that i
am missing some links...
The linker cant find any of the vtk files.
