[vtkusers] Displaying pointsets with point names

Hi,

I want to display large pointsets (2.000 - 200.000 points) in VTK51. I´ve
alreade managed to display
the points but I also want to display the point numbers, which are assigned
to the points.

I tried to add a vtkCaptionActor to every single point, but this was very
slow. So I tried the 
vtkLabeledDataMapper, but this was also slow with more than 45.000 points.

Does anybody has another idea to display the point numbers without loosing
that much speed?
