[vtkusers] Help with compositing the render window

Hi guys,

I hope that I have posted this message in the right place. I am writing an
application using VTK and Java. My application uses VTK to create a window
containing some rendered objects. What I want to do is draw an image to the
background of the window so that I can still rotate the objects without the
background moving from the window. My question is - is it possible to put an
image onto the back of the vtkRenderWindow? Or is there some way to make the
background transparent and layer up the images on a JPanel?
