[vtkusers] cmakesetup.exe missing

Download the latest CMake here:
http://www.cmake.org/HTML/Download.html

The Windows installer for CMake will put CMakeSetup at C:\Program 
Files\CMake 2.2\bin\CMakeSetup.exe by default. You should run the 
installer with admin privileges if you want it in Program Files...
