[vtkusers] Read points from a file for vtkPoints

Hello,

I'm trying to read 3-D points from a file to serve as input to the 
CSpline.tcl example. I tried using vtkstructuredpointsreader but I think i'm 
missing a connection between the reader the vtkPoints.

Please could someone let me know the pipeline from reader-vtkPoints? Or 
whether using a different reader will help. Thanks.
