[vtkusers] Compiling VTK under VS 2005

I am trying to compile vtk using Visual Studio 2005 and Cmake 2.2. However,
I am getting the following error message:

1>C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio 8\VC\include\cstdlib(20) : error
C2039: 'abort' : is not a member of '`global namespace''
1>C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio 8\VC\include\cstdlib(20) : 
1>error C2873: 'abort' : symbol cannot be used in a using-declaration

Could anyone tell me what do I need to do here to make it compile?
