[vtkusers] making sure render window is in front

I am doing automated processing where i pop up a render window and rotate a 
volume while saving images of it.  Since I am using 3D texture mapping on 
windows, I cannot do offscreen rendering, so the render window must be 
visible.  How can I make sure that when the window pops up it is in front of 
all other windows, because sometimes it is not and my output simply becomes 
a screen capture of the window sice of whatever is in front.  I am working 
in c++ on windows.  Thanks for the help.
