[vtkusers] VP1000 Support in VTK 5

Hi,

I downloaded the latest release, but when I ran Cmake, I don't see the
VP1000 support in the advanced options like in the earlier version.  Is this
something that needs to be configured manually in a makefile now?  I am
lucky enough to have one of these boards, and would like to be using the
latest version of VTK with it.


Any suggestions appreciated . . .
