[vtkusers] [Newbie question] VTK 5.0.2 in MS Visual C++?

Sorry to ask such a simple question, but I am trying to convert a C++
project from 4.2 to 5.0.  The vtk-5.0.2-win32.exe file seems to be only for
TCL.  Is there a build for MS Visual C++?  If not, do I use CMAKE on the
sources or can I just include the source code in my normal .sln and .vcproj
files?  I use Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 Professional.
