[vtkusers] XP build VTK5.1.2468 fails MSVC.NET 2003 CMAKE 2.4

Hi all,

I'm building VTK5.1.2468  python wrappings on XP with Visual Studio 2003
I use vtk_shared_libs in CMake configuration
The build for the project vtkCommon doesn't seem to work properly, since 
there isn't a vtkCommon.lib in the output directory

Ther are then link errors for other projects that want to link with it

Does anybody share this problem ?
