[vtkusers] Image difference filter

Hi everyone,

The built in vtkImageDifferenceFilter does not work if the images are of
different sizes. Is there a built in object that does not care whether the
images are of different sizes and returns just a simple A - B operation.

So, areas where A has no data it returns the value -B and

areas where B has no data, it returns the value A.
