[vtkusers] drawing a 3d panel

Hi everyone,

This may be a simple question but I could not do this...

What I want to do is visualize the 3D plane created by the orthognal XY,  YZ
and XZ planes. I saw this in the ITK snap application and am trying to
figure out how to do this in VTK.

Any pointers would be great!
