[vtkusers] from linux to windows

I have a program that imports library itk fltk vtk and that turns very well on linux  
but that doesn't turn under XP windows  
 error C2660: 'fl_dir_chooser' : function does not take 3 parameters  irm3DAppGUI.cxx  
error C2660: 'fl_dir_chooser' : function does not take 3 parameters
 error C2065: 'FL_BACKGROUND2_COLOR' : undeclared identifier
 error C2065: 'FL_FOREGROUND_COLOR' : undeclared identifier
 error C2065: 'FL_PLASTIC_THIN_DOWN_BOX' : undeclared identifier
 error C2065: 'FL_BACKGROUND_COLOR' : undeclared identifier  Generating Code...  Error executing cl.exe.  
all those function are used in the true way
however when i correct then ather mistakes are appeared it is very "bizarre"
does the environnrment turn good with examples of or is the mistake???  
what type of mistake can be provoked for the move to linux??
