[vtkusers] Whence vtkViewpoint.GetWorldPoint() ?

While present vtk-4.2, the function vtkViewport.GetWorlPoint() seems to
have vanished from the vtkViewport.h include file in versions 4.4 and
5.0.

What happened to this function? It is still listed in the class
hierarchy on the web site for both of these versions.
