[vtkusers] SetNumberOfInputPorts in Java

Hi,

I am extending vtkPolyDataAlgorithm for converting between my own format
for polygons with coloured polygons into a format that vtk can visualise.

Is there a reason why SetNumberOfInputPorts is not available for me to set
to 0?

I am using the CVS version of vtk and Java
