[vtkusers] Commentary in VTK file

Hi,

I checked the VTK manual in this matter. Is there a way to put information into a vtk data file that is ignored by the file reader? I couldn't find one.
I am using simple legacy format. It seems to me as if one could only use the second line (only 256 characters) for commentary purposes. In my case this is not enough.
