[vtkusers] ask for sample code of ShearWarp volume rendering (vtkVolumeShearWarpMapper)

I remember seeing example sthere:

But it looks the original code VTK code generation GIU is not online
anymore.
Perhaps, you should contact Stefan Bruckner about this?
