[vtkusers] make install does not copy vtk.jar

I still have this one bug :

but after make a second time, it continus and there is any other problem.
Then I do make install, it copies a lot in the install folder specified in
CMake, but it does'nt copy bin/vtk.jar, which is the main lib for java.

Have I done something wrong in CMake ?
