[vtkusers] Weighted Normals for polygon mesh

Hello,

Has someone ever needed to use weighted normals by the angles at a 
vertex, vtkPolyDataNormals does not weight the normals on a vertex by 
the angles of the polygons around the vertex, instead it averages the 
normals. 
I need to use weighted normals at a vertex, and I wondered if someone 
already had this request or if someone wrote a filter or a function for 
this calculation.
