[vtkusers] Interaction..

Hi all,

I tried to read thru the examples on interaction, but i still cant really
understand how it works. 

What i want to implement is when i double click on the actor, a window will
pop up showing the details of the actor. 

I wanted to use the new class vtkBalloonWidget. After downloading it, i cant
seem to cmake it. 

Can anyone offer some advice pls?
