[vtkusers] Window Level syncronization with image viewer

Hello,

I have three windows showing the axial, sagital and coronal views of a
medical dataset. I'm using vtkImageViewer2 and I want to syncronize the
window/level events so if i'm changing the window level on any of the three
views it changes on the three views at the same time.

I've tried to make them share the same LookupTable but with no success. Is
there any solution?
