[vtkusers] Compiling VTK

Hi,

cmake -i asks for a lot of parameters (such as  CMAKE_BUILD_TYPE, VTK_USE_HYBRID, ...). Is there a 
documentation of these parameters? I looked in the VTK User's Guide but in the installation documentation 
there is no explanation of all these parameters.

What do they stand for, and in which cases do I have to change the standard settings?
