[vtkusers] How to insert a 2D slice into a volume

Hi all,

I have extracted a slice from a 3D volume using vtkExtractVOI. I have 
processed and now I want to insert back the processed slice into the 
original 3D volume. The original volume is a vtkImageData and I 
extracted the slice with vtkExtractVOI before I processed (i.e. erosion 
or dilation). Any suggestion?
