[vtkusers] Installing vtk tcl wrappers

I am trying to install the Tcl wrappers for vtk.  In
order to compile the source code, I configure the
build using 'ccmake .'.  Then I use make and get the
error:

Internal cmake changing into directory:

make[3]: *** No targets specified and no makefile
found.  Stop.

make[1]: *** [Examples/VTKExamplesTarget.dir/all]
Error 2
make: *** [all] Error 2

I'm not sure what this means, but the compilation is
definitely failing. Please help.
