[vtkusers] VTK 4.4 and QT 3.3.5

Hello, I am searching for the latest vtk&qt
integration header. I used to use something called
vtkQGL which stopped at vtk4.0 and Qt 3.0. With
changes to vtk since then, I am unable to use that
anymore. Can someone please point me to a later
version which works with the latest version of vtk and
qt anywhere?
