[vtkusers] troubles with vtkAutomex

Hi,
I tried to to run the vtkmex_demo.m but the compiling aborted because 
vtkPatented.lib could not be found.
I installed the vtk42-LatestRelease.exe and checked that file (as well 
as the include files) was not installed.

Is there something that can do beside trying to build a VTK from the 
source code?
