[vtkusers] vktCellLocator IntersectWithLine not Java wrapped

I've been happy with coding VTK apps in Java, but stumbled here:

It seems the IntersectWithLine method in vtkCellLocator isn't available to me as 
a Java method.  Is there a way that I might be able to change this?

VTK 4.2, Java 1.5.0, rhel 3.0
