[vtkusers] Molecules...

Hello, 

I am doing my thesis, Visualization of Molecules in 3D. I have to read XYZ,
PDB and Gaussian Files, so, my question is: What can I read or learn to
develop that program? I have the VTK book, when VTK version was 2.0, more or
less.
