[vtkusers] New book on VTK 5 ? vtkAlgorithm and vtkExecutive documentation ?

Hi,
I'm looking closely to the new architecture of VTK and it 's just 
amazing. The model looks very coherent and stable.
I implement a source from vtkAlgorithm and I 'd like to match  with the 
model as much as I can .  Is there a detailed documentation on the 
pipeline structure and all the functions of vtkAlgorithm ?   Is there 
some book in prepartion or a paper ?
