[vtkusers] Pure Mesa

Hi,

on http://vtk.org/Wiki/VTK_OpenGL if found the following:

Pure Mesa
  a.. Enable VTK_OPENGL_HAS_OSMESA 
  b.. Set the following values to apropriate locations: 
OSMESA_INCLUDE_DIR /.../include
OSMESA_LIBRARY     /.../lib/libOSMesa.a
I ran ccmake in advanced mode and enabled VTK_OPENGL_HAS_OSMESA.But I can't find OSMESA_INCLUDE_DIR and OSMESA_LIBRARY variables. I use VTK4.2. Any idea?Thanks, Martin Baumann
