[vtkusers] CMake error when configuring Python Wrapping

I'm trying to build python wrappings with VTK-5, VC8
Express and WinXP.
Then I get an CMake error:

CMake Error: Error in cmake at
C:/Programming/VTK-5/CMake/vtkLoadCMakeExtensions.cmake:7:
LOAD_COMMAND Attempt to load the library
C:/Programming/VTK-5-BinP/CMake/cmVTK_WRAP_TCL2.dll
failed. Additional error info is:
Could not find specified module.

Strabgely, the dll-module is sitting in the above
mentioned path along with all aother wrap dll's!!!

Has anybody a clue what's going on there???
