Finally i get the code to work! Thank you very much Sylvain, only one thing
left, can you help me with an itk problem?
I tell you, i want to see the "work" of the geodesic active contour filter,
do you know how i can write a image from each step, so i can "see" the
contour evolving?.
I hope you know,

Hi OnezerO,
You need the top and bottom slices to have the same intensity as the image
background.
If inside your tubes you have an intensity equal to zero, pad your image
with zeros.
