[vtkusers] Hardware Assisted Volume rending in VTK

Hi Michael,

This is still on the way - I swapped around the order of a few things I've 
been working on so it will probably be happening next month. Once the fixed 
point ray caster (also a new volume mapper) is happily rendering AMR data, 
then the hardware mapper will be checked in.
