[vtkusers] surface reconstruction

Hi all,
 
Does vtkSurfaceReconstructionFilter for all cases?. I tested it with
several sets of 3D points. It doesn't seem to work correctly all of
them...
can anyone help...
 
Also does anybody know how I could get the facet information from the
surface. 
something like 
 
f1    vertex1 vertex2 vertex3
f2    vertex1 vertex2 vertex3
.
.
