Hi,

you can either decide to have some DLLs or some libs.
The DLLs come with the exe and the libs are linked to
the exe, so you have only one executable.

hi all,

when configuring the build for 4.2, what difference does it make if i choose to build shared libraries or not ? I plan to develop a standalone app using vtk as part of the app. How should I configure the build ?
