[vtkusers] vtkCellDerivatives question? Useful for CFD?

Hello,

My vtkCellDerivatives question is, can I use it for the CFD examples like
"office.binary.vtk (contains scalars and vectors)" to compute
VELOCITYgradient, and pass the gradient to vtkMath and calculate a new
Tensor by vtkMath Transpose3x3 etc.?

 Tensor= .5(VELOgrad + VELOgrad_transpose)+.5(VELOgrad - VELOgrad_transpose)
