[vtkusers] where cam I find updated information on vtk 5.0 release.

For a major release what is procedure ?

   I use Fedora, and they have a standard 2 month+ test release plan.
Searching the archive, I have found the last suggested release date of
March/April. Vtk seems to have an interesting continual test model, but
for releases aren't the a beta/bug fix only pre-release ?
