[vtkusers] OS X::CarbonSound.h::Compile faild very early << Fixed >>

Hello again, 

i fixed the problem by inserting the necessary files into (Be careful::Overwriting crashed up the boot sequence of Mac OS X). Afterwards i recognize that only with "VTK_USE_X11=ON; VTK_USE_CARBON=OFF; VTK_USE_COCOA=OFF" i was cabable to use rotate, pan and zoom with my mouse. The other VTK_USE combinations were only able to rotate.

I'm curious to know, if i use VTK inside a Cocoa-Application with "VTK_USE_COCOA=ON" like described in http://www.macdevcenter.com/pub/a/mac/2002/06/28/data_visualization.html and http://www.macdevcenter.com/pub/a/mac/2003/02/11/dev_osx.html am i able to use rotate, pan and zoom ?

i tried to compile VTK44 (from 01.Dec 2004) and an actual CVS version from today (05.May 2005) on an OS X 10.3.9 system without any luck. The mac system is a fresh installation with XCode 1.5 and all the latest patches. I used "VTK_USE_CARBON=ON" in the first approch and "VTK_USE_COCOA=ON" on the second approch (all wrappings were disabled, only C++ core). Both times the following abort error occure:

I searched for the "CarbonSound.h" and found it inside the XCode SDK, but i don't know exactly where i have to copy these files ? Can anyone help ?
