[vtkusers] vtkKitware...cxx classes in latest CVS

Hi all,

I'm trying to compile VTK from the source in CVS (downloaded today, 3rd May
2005) under Windows using Visual Studio .NET 2003 and CMake 2.0.6.  My first
attempt at building seemed to work fine but I noticed that the Patented
classes vtkKitwareContourFilter, vtkKitwareCutter and
vtkKitwareObjectFactory were missing from the build, even though the source
files are present.

More probing revealed that the classes are missing from the
Patented\CMakeLists.txt.  I (perhaps naively) added the class names to this
file, used CMake to regenerate the build files, then rebuilt the whole thing
in VS.NET.  However, this time it didn't work - it appears that the
vtkKitware... class sources in CVS are broken at the moment.  (For example,
line 187 of vtkKitwareContourFilter throws up an error saying that
"InputScalarsSelection" is not a member of vtkKitwareContourFilter.)

Will these classes be fixed soon and, if not, can I get the classes by
checking out a CVS tree from an earlier date?  Unfortunately I can't do
without vtkKitwareContourFilter at the moment as I need it to run a
third-party app.
