[vtkusers] vtkWinCEOpenGLRenderWindow

Hi Mathieu,

Thanks for your reply. Please bear my ignorance here but I want to confirm
that Windows CE refers to the operating systems that Microsoft uses for
Mobile Devices right? So how are the other vtk libraries compiled for the
Windows CE OS? I understand that an upcoming standard for providing OpenGL
on the mobile platform is OpenGL ES. If VTK uses the desktop OpenGL than how
can it render on the mobile platform without recompiling specifically for
itor using OpenGL ES? Has there been any attempt to use VTK on a mobile
platform? Thanks.

-Cheers,

Abhishek

Abhishek,

I just an implementation of a vtkRenderWindow designed for WinCE. Just

look at any example using a vtkRenderWindow, and replace it with

vtkWinCEOpenGLRenderWindow, it should just work out of the box.
