[vtkusers] add class to VTK

Hi,

I am trying to add a class to VTK.
Actualy, I m trying to modify an existing vtk class.
After I change the script, I re-cmake and re-make VTK.
But when i use the class in an application It seems like nothing has 
changed?

Am i missing something? Should I do anything else?
