[vtkusers] unable to build vtk

No, I just tried the standard configuration. It seems that cmake tries 
to do something which is not allowed due some security settings 
[libcmVTK_WRAP_TCL2.so: failed to map  segment from shared object: 
Operation not permitted], but I don't have a clue what exactly it could 
be ... At least the permissions of the so files in VTK/CMake seem to be 
ok [755] .
