[vtkusers] Orthogonal cuts

I have a sequence of Dicom slices that form a volume. I can read them with vktDICIMImageReader. How can I generate orthogonal cuts of this data? i.e. if my slices are x-y planes, how can I visualize x-z and y-z planes?
