Patrick,
     It seems that once  the DICOM files generated from the PACS, the image slice between two adjancent DICOM slice has been definitely conformed. It`s value determined by the PACS equipments. But unfortunately ,I have not found the fuction in VTK to read it out! Is there any one who can? thanks a lot!
