[vtkusers] Color maps

I am using a vtkImageData object to store a matrix of data values, and
then using the vtkImageActor to show the data as an image.  By
default, the values are mapped to a grayscale map.  I haven't been
able to find in the documentation if other "built-in" colormaps exist.
 Are there default maps I can use or do I have to create a lookup
table for anything non-grayscale?
