[vtkusers] 3d texture map volume rendering

What is the error message that is reported?  This mapper is tested nightly, 
so yes it is working.  The two tests that use it are in Tcl (both in the 
VTK/VolumeRendering/Testing/Tcl directory): volTM3DCropRegions.tcl and 
volTM3DRotateClip.tcl.
