[vtkusers] vtkVersion stuck in the past

In the past vtkVersion was daily updated to show new revision number and
source date. Now it looks that it stopped in beginning of April, it shows
revision number: 1.2155 and source date: 2005/04/05. See for instance date
on documantation pages: http://www.vtk.org/doc/nightly/html/.
Is this a bug? 
Is there a better way to get VTK revision and source date at runtime?
