[vtkusers] vtkpowercrust filter files

Hello,
 I am in need of the vtk power crust filter for my research project. The 
page http://www.eastman.ucl.ac.uk/~thutton/powercrust/ is not opening. Can 
anyone mail me the setup files / dlls for the filter? I will be highly 
obliged if somebody can help, I need the filter for my work to proceed.
