[vtkusers] VTK 4.4 Latest building -- Still problems

Platform Win XP running on Athlon XP 2600 w/512Meg
RAM, NVIDIA GeForce4 MX 4000 (64MB VRAM).

Compiled w VC++Toolkit 2003 plus PSDK and CMake 2.0.

Summary:

After apparent compilation success, running 'nmake
test' produces most of tests with failures:

Majority of errors are Segment Faults, however reports
of failure also are a lot, although when similar Tcl
scripts are run, some of the same examples seem to
run.

Logs of the tests even zipped are too large (ca 150k)
for attachment in this list, if needed can be sent.

Similar results are observed in another machine
(similar HW) with MEMORY_LEAK flag set (a lot of
memory leaks are reported on the closing of the
application or scripts).

Also, compilation attempt in a Linux box (Kernel
2.6.11, gcc 3.3.3) brings similar results.

And last but not the least, an already working Tcl
script that renders 29 JPEG images does not even start
in this compilation although it runs successfully on
VTKit-4.5.
