[vtkusers] fast render window

Hi ya,

I have modified an example in "Example/Medical/Tcl" directory.
The performance of "renWin Render" (speed of updating the render windows)
is quite slow. It takes around 1second for each rendering.

May i know is there anyway to optimize the method 
void vtkRenderWindow::Render() ?

Is there any fast/ real time rendering library?
